Red Band ‘V/H/S’ Trailer Finally Arrives

Over the last couple of years the go to horror genre has been the found footage one and just when you thought they were becoming stale and repetitive, V/H/S debuts it’s first trailer and washes all of the other ones away. The trailer is absolutely fantastic and is a must watch for any fan of horror. I’ve said many times before but I honestly believe that the horror anthology genre is making its comeback and with V/H/S finally releasing a trailer it looks like we might be getting the best one in recent memory.

Early reviews of the film have people raving about its creativity and how downright scary it is. So far the film is on the right track with just releasing an amazing poster and following it up with an even better trailer. The film combines the directing talents of Adam Wingard (You’re Next, A Horrible Way to Die, Pop Skull),Simon Barrett (You’re Next, Dead Birds, Red Sands), Ti West (The House of the Devil, The Roost, The Innkeepers), David Bruckner (The Signal), Joe Swanberg (Silver Bullets), Glenn McQuaid (I Sell the Dead), along with YouTube sensations Radio Silence.

When a group of petty criminals is hired by a mysterious party to retrieve a rare piece of found footage from a rundown house in the middle of nowhere, they soon realize that the job isn’t going to be as easy as they thought. In the living room, a lifeless body holds court before a hub of old television sets, surrounded by stacks upon stacks of VHS tapes. As they search for the right one, they are treated to a seemingly endless number of horrifying videos, each stranger than the last.

Check out the trailer below.

If you are ever attacked by a gorilla just sit back and relax while you enjoy the once in a life time feeling of your limbs being ripped off.
