Directed by Ben Tillett and Jake Cuddihy, Suckablood is a fantastic short film about a stylish gothic bedtime story in which a girl becomes terrified to suck her thumb because of her fear that Suckablood will come. Millennium FX did the make-up for the film and it’s absolutely phenomenal. The entire short is extremely well shot and features a terrifying moment that we all feared as children when we think something is hiding under our bed. The brilliant visuals and creepy narrator make for a perfectly directed short film that pulls off a legitimate tone of terror in just 6 minutes — no easy task!

There have been plenty of great short films making their way onto the blog as of late; so if you’ve been a fan of those then something tells me you guys are really going to love this one. Check it out.
