Richard Raaphorst’s Frankenstein’s Army is one I’m really looking forward to around these parts and I’m happy to share with you folks the ridiculously awesome red band trailer. Some of you may remember when I listed some of my most anticipated horror films of 2013, well Raaphorst’s latest flick made number 12 on that list and we finally get to see a trailer for the flick and it looks cool as hell!
In the trailer we get to see all sorts of cool shit as well as some wicked looking monsters that I know you guys are going to appreciate. Raaphorst’s latest creation looks like one hell of a good time and just what the doctor ordered for any fan of the genre.
Frankenstein’s Army takes place toward the end of World War II as Russian soldiers push into eastern Germany and stumble across a secret Nazi lab, one that has unearthed and begun experimenting with the journal of one Dr. Viktor Frankenstein. The scientists have used the legendary Frankenstein’s work to assemble an army of super-soldiers stitched together from the body parts of their fallen comrades – a desperate Hitler’s last ghastly ploy to escape defeat.
Frankenstein’s Army will be opening in select cities on July 26th!

Yep. This one looks sweet.
It really does. Cant wait!
All i know of right now is the limited theater run on July 26th. Assuming it will get a VOD release soon after tho. I hope so at least!
Looking forward to it.
Ah! Finally got a few minutes to watch this! It looks pretty cool, and I can see why you would be anticipating it (though I don’t think anything got you as excited as waiting for the Evil Dead remake). I like the Manson-like monster Nazi thing (yeah, whatever it was) that had those stilts it was cruising on. Nice!
Yea Evil Dead definitely took the cake and I doubt anything is really going to top that! I’m excited to see all of the cool creations they come up with in this one. So far they’re looking pretty sweet.
This looks AWESOME!
It does!! Such a ridiculous looking movie.
