We will soon be hearing the sweet sound of of Victor Crowley tearing his poor victims to pieces as BJ McDonnell’s Hatchet III hits limited theaters on June 14th so for now check out this ridiculously awesome red-band clip! This is one hell of a red band clip from McDonnell’s directorial debut. Thanks to IGN, who landed this epic clip, we see Danielle Harris’ Marybeth pick up right where she left off from Hatchet II after she blows a fancy hole in Victor Crowley’s head. This clip right here earns every bit of its red band title so prepare yourselves before you click that little play button because this is one gory bastard. It’s awesome and might be one of the coolest things you see today!
The film continues the tale of the now-iconic villain Victor Crowley (Kane Hodder). As a search and recovery team heads into the haunted swamp to pick up the pieces and carnage left behind from the first two films, Marybeth (Danielle Harris) hunts down the true secret to ending the voodoo curse that has left the ghost of Victor Crowley haunting and terrorizing Honey Island Swamp for decades.
Danielle Harris and Kane Hodder return in Hatchet III and will be joined by Zach Galligan, Derek Mears, Caroline Williams and Sean Whalen.
My computer crashes when I watch videos so I’ll take your word for it. I love the screenshots and horror + Harris = awesome win every time.
Aww damn!!! I’d describe it to you but words wouldn’t do it justice. It involves a chainsaw and blood, lots of it!
Won’t watch it ’til I can watch the entire thing, that’s just how I roll
Fair enough! If you ever broke that rule, this would be the clip to do it on! Just sayin!
I haven’t seen any of the Hatchet movies (I guess I have great hangovers for Evil Dead and other superior killer-in-the-woods horrors), but I’m sort of interested in seeing this one after seeing this clip. Looks awful lot like Evil Dead, without letting down. Thanks for sharing bud.
No problem. The Hatchet films are ridiculous fun. You don’t watch them for the story, just the inventive kills and bloody moments. Good stuff and Victor Crowley is played by the legendary Kane Hodder (Jason Voorhees) so that’s a plus!
SPLASH!!!
F***… yes!
Think he just did a Jason then, except when he did actually die 😀
