Calling a movie an instant cult classic gets thrown around a lot (usually undeservedly, too), but you’d be hard-pressed finding anyone who’d disagree with that sentiment when it comes to Panos Cosmatos’ Mandy, a bloodletting burst of visual wizardry that swirls into a raging nightmare. The movie is a hell of an experience, and while it’s certainly not for everyone, it’s exactly the kind of horror brain-melter that put the genre on the map in the first place. In other words. This movie owns.
Since its release last year, Mandy has inspired some amazing art so I’m happy to share with you what artist Saniose has come up with, and it’s metal as fuck. The art itself isn’t exactly telling a story, but still manages to be a perfect representation of the film itself.

Wonderful concise thoughts on the film, Ryan. I’m so glad that this film is inspiring the kind of beautifully haunting artwork that you posted.
glad you dig it man!
Love the retro feel here. Very clever graphics.
