Bloody Disgusting got ahold of the official theatrical poster for Franck Khalfoun’s Maniac and it’s pretty damn cool. Elijah Wood stars in the remake as he takes on the terrifying lead role of a serial killer with a fetish for scalps. The film will open in select theaters, iTunes and VOD platforms on June 21st.
