Promo Photos for the cast of NBC’s ‘Hannibal’

In anticipation for the debut of Hannibal on April 4th, NBC has revealed a bunch of new character photos to get you familiar with the cast. Starring Hugh Dancy as Will Graham and Mads Mikkelsen as Hannibal Lecter, “Hannibal” will breathe new life into a deadly classic. Laurence Fishburne and Caroline Dhavernas co-star along with Molly Shannon, Ellen Muth, Anna Chlumsky, Lance Henriksen, Gillian Anderson, Chelan Simons, Ellen Greene, Gina Torres, and Raul Esparza.

Will Graham is a gifted criminal profiler who is on the hunt for a serial killer with the FBI. Graham’s unique way of thinking gives him the astonishing ability to empathize with anyone – even psychopaths. He seems to know what makes them tick. But when the mind of the twisted killer he’s pursuing is too complicated for even Will to comprehend, he enlists the help of Dr. Lecter, one of the premier psychiatric minds in the country. Armed with the uncanny expertise of the brilliant doctor, Will and Hannibal (known as a serial killer only to the audience) form a brilliant partnership and it seems there’s no villain they can’t catch. If Will only knew…

The pilot episode will be directed by David Slade with Bryan Fuller acting as showrunner. Hugh Dancy and Mads Mikkelsen star as Will Graham and Hannibal Lecter. You can check out the show on April 4th at 10pm!

If you are ever attacked by a gorilla just sit back and relax while you enjoy the once in a life time feeling of your limbs being ripped off.

  1. Hmmmm, I really did not want to even hear of anything meaning that Hannibal Lecter would take to the silver screen, but maybe I might have to have a look into it when it comes along then.

  2. Even though Mads Mikkelsen looks nothing like Hopkins he appears just a creepy by keeping the perfectly upright posture, proper manners, and precise diction that Hopkins brought to the character. I am excited to see this along with Bates Motel. Love that horror is rising as a television series genre.

    1. Horror is making a HUGE comeback on the small screen and that’s fantastic. A few of them are bound to suck but I think this one and Bate Motel have the most potential.

      1. Definitely, by the way this is not horror on TV related but have you checked out the trailer for a “cult thriller” Holy Ghost. Looks like something right up your alley for this blog.
