Don’t Go Into the Basement, James Wan’s ‘The Conjuring’ Trailer is here!

The Conjuring_2

We’ve been hearing a lot about James Wan’s other haunted house film The Conjuring and they have finally released the first trailer and it’s absolutely chilling. Wan has a knack for doing haunted house flicks as he has proved that he knows how to scare an audience with his most recent effort with Insidious. Early buzz for the film has been overwhelmingly positive which is why you see the movie nailing a summer release which is very rare for horror films. Hopefully, a summer release will grab a bigger audience.

Before there was Amityville, there was Harrisville. Based on a true story, “The Conjuring” tells the horrifying tale of how world-renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were called upon to help a family terrorized by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse. Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warrens find themselves caught in the most terrifying case of their lives.

The Conjuring stars Vera Farmiga, Patrick Wilson, Ron Livingston and Lili Taylor is due to scare fans on July 19, 2013.

Check out the trailer and leave the lights on!

If you are ever attacked by a gorilla just sit back and relax while you enjoy the once in a life time feeling of your limbs being ripped off.

  1. I think the best thing about this trailer is that even if you did not know it was a trailer it fully functions as a two and a half minutes long short movie. You can tell the story and it scares the crap out of you more than a lot of full length movies. So pumped for this!
