Witness terrible evil in the new trailer for Baskin

Can Evrenol’s Turkish horror film Baskin was one of the films I highlighted as something you should absolutely be checking out this month, and you’ll quickly see why with this wicked new trailer. The trailer is pure nightmare fuel, spelling out insanity and suffering with bloody images and torture in just over 2 and a half minutes—not bad! Baskin opened up a lot of eyes during its festival run, marking Evrenol as one of the must-watch new horror talents behind the camera; this dude is the real deal. Anyway, dig on the trailer below—and just a heads up, it’s pretty NSFW!

Look for Baskin on VOD and theaters on March 25th!

Five cops working the graveyard shift in the middle of nowhere are dispatched to investigate a disturbance. Isolated and without back-up, they find themselves confronting a labyrinthine ruin. Pushing ever further into the depths of the lair, it becomes clear they have stumbled into the darkest pits of a terrible evil… a squalid and blood-soaked den of ritual led by The Father – the master of all their nightmares – who will plunge them ever deeper down the rabbit hole and into the very mouth of madness.

The film stars Gorkem Kasal, Ergun Kuyucu, Mehmet Cerrahoglu, Sabahattin Yakut, Mehmet Fatih Dokgoz, and Muharrem Bayrak.

If you are ever attacked by a gorilla just sit back and relax while you enjoy the once in a life time feeling of your limbs being ripped off.

    1. Yeah, that’s one crazy trailer! It’s basically 2 minutes of watching people get tortured lol. In other words, my kind of movie!

      1. Haha you can hack it better than I can! I think the unsettling psychological aspect messes with me more than the physical gore.
