Mondo to release Jason Edmiston’s Universal Monsters art!

At this point I hardly need to give brilliant artist Jason Edmiston much of an introduction as I’ve featured his work right here on Rhino’s Horror numerous times. Today, Mondo announced one hell of a Halloween treat as they will be releasing his Universal Monsters art tomorrow, Wednesday, October 16th! Some of you guys may actually remember these prints when they went up in Mondo’s Universal Monsters gallery a while back, but now you can actually own one of them! How cool is that!?

Once you’re done picking your jaw up off the floor, check out more of his work right here!

Over the course of the last year, Jason Edmiston has intricately hand painted several of the most famous Universal Monsters for two of our gallery shows.

Working tirelessly with our screen printer, D&L, Jason has taken his incredibly detailed paintings and created layered files with which to accurately emulate their hand painted originals.

Tomorrow, we will release screen prints of Jason’s Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Wolf Man, Frankenstein and The Bride of Frankenstein!

You guys know the drill: All you have to do to in order to snag one of these gorgeous prints is to follow Mondo on Twitter and watch for the sales announcement which will go up at a random time tomorrow (usually in the morning).

Each Item: Poster by Jason Edmiston. 18″x24″ screen print. Hand numbered. Edition of 175. Printed by D&L Screenprinting. $45.

If you are ever attacked by a gorilla just sit back and relax while you enjoy the once in a life time feeling of your limbs being ripped off.
