Short Round: Itch, think happy thoughts

If you’re a regular around these parts then you’re certainly no stranger to the work of Larry Alan and his new venture into short-form horror—check out Hands and Popcorn if you missed ’em. His latest short film, Itch, blends horror and humor into an appropriately skin-crawling atmosphere that will have you scratching for more. Like his previous films, there’s a playfulness to Itch that does a great job of masking the twisted direction it ultimately ends up in. Short, sweet, and demented. Just how I like ’em.

Summer and Skye are addicted to a new drug called cloud and they will do anything to get it.

Itch was written and directed by Larry Alan and stars Danielle Jake, Leah Boken, and Jeff Young. If you want to see more short films like Itch, be sure to check out the Short Round!
