Art: Frankenstein by Anthony Petrie

“The man who made a monster” says it all. Here’s a film and a monster that needs no introduction (especially for you guys), so we’re going to instead stare (and drool) at how ridiculously cool this piece by artist Anthony Petrie is. What I love about this one is that it gives us a look at the infancy of Dr. Frankenstein’s monster, the moment the idea became a reality. Pieced together by notes, drawings, and theory, Petrie’s art practically comes alive right in front of us. This one sold out in seconds (and rightfully so) but at least we can apricate it here. It’s alive!

If you are ever attacked by a gorilla just sit back and relax while you enjoy the once in a life time feeling of your limbs being ripped off.
